As a music lover, it is a dream to chat with bands that you enjoy, but it is also very nerve wracking! The bands have been touring and doing hundreds of interviews. They are worn out and probably quite tired of answering the same questions.
Way back when, the very first person I ever interviewed for TNN Radio was Chris Wollard from Hot Water Music. I’ve always loved the band and I was super nervous, but Wollard was really cool and down-to-earth. He made it an easy conversation, and I appreciated that so much.
Fast forward about 10 years to now and I am a more seasoned concert photographer and former radio DJ, but I am still just as excited to see Hot Water Music play as I was a decade ago.

Hot Water Music formed in Gainesville, FL in 1993 and Wollard shares vocals, as well as guitar duties, with Chuck Ragan. Rounding out the band is bassist Jason Black, drummer George Rebelo, and guitarist Chris Cresswell. Although Wollard has not been touring with the band, he is still involved.
The band has plans for a new album to drop in 2022, its latest since 2019’s EP, “Shake Up the Shadows.” The tour will give fans their taste of new music, plus favorites of the past.
With just a handful of dates planned, I suggest you jump on tickets now!
They will perform at the famous Roxy on Sunset on January 22nd, and the Garden Grove Amphitheatre on January 23rd.
