Often referred to as the best damn party band in the land, Orange County’s favorite party sons are back this October. All hail the return of Lit!
With new music in tow, Lit has been hitting the road to great reviews from their loyal fans, and newcomers to the Lit camp.
The core of the band remains after all these years. Behind the mic is Ajay Popoff, with brother Jeremy on guitar, Kevin Baldes on bass, drummer Taylor Carrol.
The band is infamous for their onstage antics and positive energy. That, and their super hits that made Orange County the place to be in the ‘90s.
We all remember the hits, “Zip-Lock,” “Miserable,” and “My Own Worst Enemy,” Lit is ready to take names again this October.
With their latest album “Tastes Like Gold,” new singles include “Yeah Yeah Yeah,” a cover of Tom Petty’s “American Girl,” and their rendition of “Let’s Go” from The Cars are killing it at every show they play nationwide.
This fall, there’s the “Night Like Thieves Tour” which will feature other local favorites, Zebrahead and Fenix TX.
You can catch the Lit tour at the House of Blues San Diego on October 18th, and the House of Blues Anaheim the following day, October 19th.
Tickets are on sale now, so go get them! Lit is one of the most entertaining bands you will ever see on stage, so don’t miss out!
