Love is in the air, Cadets! The Aquabats have announced their first show of 2023 and it’s a romantic one. Just three days prior to February 14th, The Aquabats will host the Lovers of Loving Love! Valentine’s Spectacular! at the House of Blues Anaheim. The title comes from their love song of the same name from their 1999 release, “The Aquabats vs. the Floating Eye of Death!”

They are big on holidays, as they just released their 2020 special, The Aquabats! Kooky Spooky! Christmas Party!” for free on their YouTube channel. The band also had a busy 2022 with their Back for the Attack tour with Less Than Jake and Bowling for Soup and the February date will be their first show since September.
The Aquabats have become iconic representing the Orange County ska sound of the ‘90s that would also include No Doubt, Save Ferris and genre juggernauts Reel Big Fish.
Nearing in on three decades, the band has always remained active, from playing shows and releasing six studio albums, including their latest release, “Kooky Spooky…In Stereo.” They even took the small screen with the launch of “The Aquabats! Super Show!” a live-action series that ran for two seasons and captured all of the hilarity and silliness that is The Aquabats!
The skanking superheroes will be joined by Orange County’s own Half Past Two and Shock Therapy.
