The Australian Pink Floyd Show is pure perfection. Their dedication to ensuring they perform and honor Pink Floyd is one of their top priorities and you often forget you’re listening to a tribute band and not Pink Floyd.
TAPFS has been perfecting their performance since 1988 and they only play Pink Floyd songs. In fact, they are so good they were hired to perform a handpicked set for Pink Floyd guitarist and singer David Gilmour’s 50th birthday event. TAPFS was even graced with additional Floyd members Rick Wright and Guy Pratt’s presence on stage during one of their performances and got to rock out and perform “Comfortably Numb” with them.
The band consists of Steve Mac on guitar and vocals, Paul Bonney on drums, Ricky Howard on bass and vocals, Chris Barnes on vocals, David Domminney Fowler on guitar and vocals, Jason Sawford on keyboards, Luc Ledy-Lepine on guitar, Mike Kidson on saxophone, and Lorelei McBroom, Emily Lynn, and Lara Smiles on vocals. This tour will cover a variety of Pink Floyd albums such as “Ummagumma” and “The Division Bell.”

The All That’s To Come tour will bring all your favorite Pink Floyd songs to the stage in an enormous way. A flying kangaroo, dramatic light show, spectacular lasers, incredible music, pitch-perfect likeness: TAPFS’s performance has it all. They really are the best show of its kind; the proof is in their 30-plus years performing in over 35 countries with over four million tickets sold. They give their audience a jaw-dropping experience every time. No other band can pay such sincere tribute to Pink Floyd like TAPFS does.
Personally, I’m a big fan of Pink Floyd. I remember sitting in my living room with my friends watching “Pink Floyd – The Wall.” Afterwards, I purchased a box set of Pink Floyd CDs as a gift for a friend because it was “the” gift to give back then. I can’t wait to see this group in action and get blown away.
Mark your calendar and get your tickets to The Australian Pink Floyd Show on August 6th at Segerstrom. Maybe I’ll see you there!
