ALTER BRIDGE

Drop New Video and Kick Off Tour
January 19, 2023 by Traci Turner
If your 2023 needs a kick in the ass, your time has come! Alter Bridge launches their North American tour next week with Mammoth WVH joining them for the ride.

The 30-city tour begins January 25th in Florida, stops in Nashville January 30th – and we’ll give you a full report – before wrapping up at Yaamava’ Casino & Resort in SoCal on April 1st. Red and Pistols at Dawn will give support with Red handling the first half of dates and Pistols the second. Orange County will see the rock show on March 28th at House of Blues Anaheim.

Alter Bridge is still riding high since the October release of their album, “Pawns & Kings,” and just dropped the video for “Holiday” this morning.
Alter Bridge stormed onto the scene in 2004 with their radio smash “Open Your Eyes.” Fronted by Myles Kennedy, Alter Bridge includes Mark Tremonti, Brian Marshall, and Scott Phillips, who previously found massive success in Creed. With Alter Bridge, they have released hit after hit with “Find the Real,” “Rise Today,” “Watch Over You,” “Isolation,” “Ghost of Days Gone By,” “Addicted to Pain,” “Show Me a Leader,” “My Champion,” and “Wouldn’t You Rather.”
Led by Wolfgang Van Halen, Mammoth WVH was everywhere in 2022 – which is pretty amazing since they only dropped their debut album in 2021. After touring with Guns N’ Roses and Dirty Honey, Mammoth had the honor of performing at the Taylor Hawkins Tribute concerts.
Watching Wolfgang Van Halen perform is something any music lover must experience. I am not what you would call a “guitar nerd,” nor do I even understand how to play, but seeing his skills at the Hawkins show gave me chills!
According to an October interview, Mammoth is at work on a new album, so we should have new music from them in 2023.
Mammoth toured Europe with Alter Bridge last year, so it is safe to say they get along. This is bound to be an amazing show full of incredible talent. Many of the tour dates are already sold out, so if you see an open date, you better snag your tickets quickly!
