ARCADE FIRE & BECK TOUR

Arcade Fire & Beck Join Forces

May 19, 2022 by Traci Turner
Fresh off the release of their newest album and an appearance on “Saturday Night Live,” Canadian indie rockers Arcade Fire has announced a world tour. The band will spend their summer in Europe before hitting the US at the end of October.

“WE,” the sixth album from Arcade Fire, was released at the beginning of May and the singles “The Lightning I,II” and “Unconditional I (Lookout Kid)” have been doing very well. Unfortunately, it is the final album with Will Butler as he has departed the band since its completion. His brother Win remains in the band along with Régine Chassagne, Richard Reed Parry, Tim Kingsbury, and Jeremy Gara.
In addition to the new material, the band will surly include favorites like “Creature Comfort,” “My Body is a Cage,” “The Suburbs,” “Rebellion,” “Wake Up,” “Reflektor,” and “Everything Now.”
The North America dates will include Beck performing an acoustic set as an opener. His recent performances include “Heart is a Drum,” “Lost Cause,” “Blackbird Chain,” and “Debra” so perhaps the acoustic nature will follow along. But, no “Loser??”
Tickets are on sale now and selling out in some cities, but the SoCal shows happening November 16th at The Kia Forum still has plenty available.
