The man that hypnotized us to plaid and blew up with his band’s 1991 debut album “10” just announced a 2022 tour with a new band that is out-of-this-world, Earthlings.
Eddie Vedder just made our wish list come true and he is coming our way next year.
The deep-voiced iconic crooner will be doing this tour with his new band, The Earthlings, and only hitting the Los Angeles area at the YouTube Theater on February 17th to promote his upcoming LP, “Earthling.”
Best known for his astonishing front-man abilities for the legendary Seattle grunge band, Pearl Jam, and co-fronting the band Temple of the Dog with the late Chris Cornell of Soundgarden.
We all know Vedder as Pearl Jam’s astonishing front-man, and he is also doing triple duty doing some background vocals for a few Bad Religion tracks.
The Earthling’s new LP will be released on February 11 and we can add it to our catalogue of Vedder greatness. This band is insanely good with heavy hitting members like drummer Chad Smith, drummer (former Red Hot Chili Peppers member) Josh Klinghoffer on guitar, Chris Chaney, bassist (Jane’s Addiction) and guitarist Glen Hansard and Andrew Watt, who also produced the LP. Vedder has always hit the mark with excellent musicians and this band is no exception.
Having made their inaugural performance at Ohana Fest in Dana Point earlier this year, they played some new songs from Vedders solo catalog and a few from Pearl Jam and a few other covers. With a lineup like this, it is guaranteed that this show will sell out quickly, so get your tickets while you can!
