It’s been a crazy last few months, we hope you will be ready to rock hard in 2021 because Ministry is coming for you!
Best known for their bone crunching and soul piercing songs like N.W.O., Ministry is set to return to the OC, the House of Blues, Anaheim to be exact. That’s the best laid plan of mice and men, let’s hope this stays on track.
Ministry is considered one of the pioneers of industrial metal and since their 1983 debut, they have released 14 albums. Their critically acclaimed albums “The Land of Rape and Honey,” “The Mind is a Terrible Thing to Taste,” “Psalm 69: The Way to Succeed and the Way to Suck Eggs,” and “Filth Pig” showcase their thrash/industrial style/sound.
They have also dabbled in alternative metal, thrash metal, and synth-pop.
The band’s lineup has changed several times over the years, but Al Jourgensen – who is definitely a unique front-man with a trademark style – remains the sole original member in the band. Their fans just can’t get enough of him and his crazy larger than life antics and onstage persona.
Despite their harder sound these days, fans still love their early work with epic life changing songs like “Everyday is Halloween.”
Jourgensen kept himself busy during this pandemic. During this year’s lockdown, Ministry released a new single, “Alert Level” which drew great reviews form their fans.
It is destine to be a fan favorite once we return to live venue shows.
Ministry has toured extensively over the years, and the Music Gods are looking down upon us and it was recently announced that Ministry will be playing with KMFDM and Front Line Assembly at the House of Blues Anaheim on April 30th.
Ministry always puts on a great show, and with a brighter outlook for 2021, you may want to plan for this one. You can can get priority access with the Pass The Line Program for an additional $35 with your GA ticket.
