2022 Rock n’ Roll Hall of Fame

Nominees Announced

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame 2022 nominees were announced today and Duran Duran, Beck, Rage Against the Machine, and Dolly Parton are on the ballot.
This is the first nomination for several artists including Duran, Parton, Beck, Eminem, Carly Simon, A Tribe Called Quest, and Lionel Richie. Previous nominees back for another try are DEVO, Rage Against the Machine, Dionne Warwick, Judas Priest, Pat Benatar, Kate Bush, MC5, New York Dolls, Eurythmics, and Fela Kuti. 
In order to be eligible for induction, artists’ first single or album must have been released in 1996 or earlier (25 years from release to eligibility).

Congratulations to all the nominees!

A group of more than 1,000 people in the music industry will vote on which artists will secure their induction.
The final selections will be announced in May and the ceremony will take place later in the fall. Fans are also encouraged to vote for their favorites.
No matter your age, this year the nominees have impacted us all at some point in our lives. Be part of living history and cast your vote for the class of 2022.
