There are bands that entertain us, then there are bands that represent the best and worst parts of our lives; and we love them for that. For me, one of my favorite bands that take me back to when Disneyland had “E ticket” rides, gas was cheap, politicians were noble, and teenagers respected their elders. Not all things in life are a Baz Luhrmann song, but one thing is certain; on our best days we can fly like an eagle. We have the Steve Miller Band to thank for that and they are coming to the YouTube Theater.
That’s right, The band that shaped my – and so many of our – teenage years is back on the road in 2023.

It’s not every day you can see a band that has been around for the better part of 50 years, and they are Rock and Roll Hall of Famers to boot.
With monster hits like “Fly Like an Eagle,” “Take the Money and Run,” “Abracadabra,” “Swingtown,” “Jet Airliner,” “Jungle Love,” “Mercury Blues,” “Space Cowboy,” and the “The Joker,” be ready to shake, rattle and roll yourself down to the YouTube Theater on September 21st!
This is an opportunity to catch lightning in a bottle, or a bucket list band, take your pick.
Either way, this band is living history and definitely a show to catch in 2023!
