The OC Craft Beer Community is Up & Active

The OC Craft Beer Community Is Stepping It Up
March 21, 2020 By Martin Medina
Hello again from the world of OC craft beer, crazy few weeks huh? With so much going on in the news lately, it seems things are in a state of flux all over the nation. That doesn’t mean you can’t still enjoy locally brewed craft beer from one of the many breweries here behind the “Orange Curtain” and in the luxury of your favorite Shelter-in-Place.

I’ve reached out to the members of the OC Brewers Guild and as of Thursday March 19 here’s what some of them have in place to help you get your Craft on. With the Stay at Home Order now in place, I suggest checking out their respective websites.

As this is a fluid (no pun intended!) situation please know that things may change as the circumstances do.

One of the BEST Breweries in the OC offers a variety of Beers for you. Keep in mind that Crowlers & 4-packs need 30 minutes advanced to prep!

“As of right now both our Orange and Costa Mesa locations are offering drive-through service for cans and crawlers. We are still brewing and canning beer so options should continue to be available for the foreseeable future!”

From Johnny J at Artifex Brewing Company

We are offering drive up To Go in all formats (crowlers, growlers, cans and kegs) and working on a dedicated delivery format as well as pickup stops in SD however if you’re in the area give us call as we’ll see what we can do to get beer to you”
There it is folks, craft beer in Orange County is up and active. They’ve brought joy to us all with their beers as well as provided us with some pretty cool places to hang out with friends/family so let’s support them and the craft beer movement in these funky times by taking advantage of this opportunity while we still can and remember to always DRINK LOCAL!
