THE ROBERTS REPORT # 3

SHOCK THERAPY

LIVE at The Observatory
March 16, 2023 by Jason Roberts
Orange County locals Shock Therapy bring their unique music to the Observatory this Saturday as they celebrate the release of their new EP, “Paranoid Flats.”
Shock Therapy is known for their energetic performances, playing a cross between new wave and punk rock in what they call outer space. Since their formation in 2017, Shock Therapy has generated a loyal following of “Martians,” I mean, fans from Orange County and beyond.
The band will be performing songs from their last two albums and EP, along with several new songs from their new EP, “Paranoid Flats.”

Also performing Saturday are Creative Differences, The Provos, and Evil Peopl. Creative Differences have a pop punk flavor, and The Provos are an Irish punk band from Costa Mesa.

They will entertain the crowd with their mixture of traditional Irish cover songs and inspirational original Irish tunes. Evil Peopl will get the evening started with their electronic pop punk music style.
The Provos are also a very entertaining live band that is a good fit for this show.

Join Shock Therapy as they headline their EP release party in the Constellation Room at the Observatory this Saturday. This event is all ages with general admission tickets available for $15, 7 p.m. showtime.
