Third Eye Blind has announced the fourth edition of their Summer Gods Tour with 2024 featuring special guests Yellowcard and A R I Z O N A.
TEB front-man Stephan Jenkins said, “I have this sense that I am feeling the same way everybody else is — that we need a summer tour so badly, like more than ever.” He continued, “We need the lights, the noise, the heat and everybody up close to each other, singing as one. Can’t wait.”
OC Music News caught their Summer Gods Tour in ’22 and we think you’ll enjoy this one! In addition to playing the songs we know and love from TEB – such as “Semi-Charmed Life,” “Graduate,” “How’s It Going to Be,” “Jumper,” and “Never Let You Go” – Jenkins encouraged the crowd to greet each other, give high fives, and then he declared, “I want to have a good fucking time!” We indeed had a good fucking time!
Florida’s Yellowcard gained fame thanks to their hit “Ocean Avenue,” but also won us over with “Only One,” “Way Away,” “Breathing,” and “Lights and Sounds.” After a hiatus, reunion, and breakup, they forged another reunion in 2022 to perform at Riot Fest, then last year’s When We Were Young Festival. They’ve been touring to celebrate the 20th anniversary of “Ocean Avenue,” plus they dropped an EP last year.
A R I Z O N A – oddly from New Jersey – had a brief career of a few years, took a four-year hiatus, and then dropped an album last year and hit the road. Get in the mood for A R I Z O N A with “I Was Wrong,” “Cross My Mind” and “Nostalgic.”
Third Eye Blind’s Summer Gods Tour hits all over North America with SoCal getting shows June 20th in Los Angeles at Greek Theatre, and June 21st in Chula Vista at North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre.
A Citi card presale is on now and additional presales are happening throughout the week. General ticket on sale is this Friday at 10 a.m. local time.
