THIS AIN’T NO PICNIC FESTIVAL

Comes to Brookside by the Rose Bowl
December 14, 2021 by David Jackson
She may be the terror of Colorado Boulevard, but the little old lady from Pasadena ain’t got nothing on the city’s next big thing. Mark your calendar for This Ain’t No Picnic!
The 2022 version of This Ain’t No Picnic will include The Strokes, LCD Soundsystem, Phoebe Bridgers, and a reunion of electro-rockers Le Tigre will take the stage. Oh, don’t forget Circle Jerks; they alone are always an impressive show! Also slated to appear are Jorja Smith, Jungle, Beach House, Kaytranada, Descendents, Sparks, Tinashe, and more.
The event will take place August 27th and 28th at Brookside by the Rose Bowl. If that sounds familiar, that’s the site of several mega festivals put on by Goldenvoice. Remember the Arroyo Secco fest? And yea, The Cure, Pixies, Deftones, Neil Young, Jack White, along with Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers have played this venue.
Don’t forget the upcoming Just Like Heaven and Cruel World festivals coming our way.
SHOWRUNNER EVENT BANNER

A pre-sale begins at 10 a.m. December 9th and any remaining passes will go on sale to the public at 2 p.m. December 9th.
Bottom line, this will be another cartoon crazy event, so get your tickets now!
