Despite a slow start, there are a lot of things going on in the local ska-punk and alt rock world. We Are The Union celebrated a great 2021 and just a few months ago, we were thrilled when Half Past Two had a monster blow out at the House of Blues to celebrate the release of their self-titled album. Now, we have another reason to get excited!
Just announced, We Are The Union is joining forces with Half Past Two and Eichlers for a couple of SoCal shows in April!
The three bands will kick off this party on April 1st in San Francisco, then pop down to OC April 2nd at Chain Reaction in Anaheim, and then April 3rd at House of Blues San Diego.
HAPPINESS IS LIFE IN THE KEY OF SKA!
Although hailing for Michigan, We Are The Union is always a hot ticket in SoCal. The ska band knows how to throw a party and we know these shows will absolutely blow the doors off! The band released their album “Ordinary Life” last year, so there will be some fresh new tracks at the show.

When we spoke with Half Past Two’s Tara Hahn about their release last year, she told us, “This is the best stuff we’ve ever written and performed together, and we are getting better all of the time, it’s crazy. This is a really happy time for us.” Their first album in 12 years definitely proved that fact!
Tickets for these shows go on sale tomorrow morning at 10 a.m. PT, so set an alarm and snap them up quickly!
