& SPACEHOG
Announce West Coast Summer Tour
March 17, 2025 by Jimmy Alvarez
By the looks of it, the summer of 2025 concert season is shaping up to be a very-very good one. There are several exciting festivals and fantastic tours we can look forward to. But, there is one tour that came out of left field that will take us back to the ‘90s – and it’s unbelievable!
Shubert Dip of Piccadilly as EMF and Spacehog will team up to entertain us all with their electro-funk magic of ‘90s alt rock.
EMF was the talk of the planet when “When You’re Mine,” “I Believe,” “Children,” and their mega hit, “Unbelievable,” reigned supreme on the radio airwaves and underground clubs of London, New York, Miami, and L.A.
The band’s name often drew commentary and there are many rumors as to its origin. Truth is, it is nothing more than initials for Epsom Mad Funkers, a name taken from a New Order fan club in 1989.
Spacehog was the toast of all that is cool with “Starside,” “Cruel to Be Kind,” and their monster hit, “In the Meantime.”
A band of four Englishmen who lived in New York, Spacehog is fronted by Royston Langdon, who told us those early days of the band were as surreal as life can get. It helped that they are very talented, and love performing in front of insatiable crowds.

Both bands have expressed their excitement to hit the road with each other. The tour will hit the West Coast from June 14th through the 28th, with stops in San Jose, Phoenix, Seattle, and San Francisco.
The tour will also make stops in SoCal at The Music Box in San Diego on June 24th, then the Observatory in Santa Ana on June 26th, and finally at The Regent in Los Angeles on June 27th.
Never Mind the Bullocks this summer – get out and check out EMF and Spacehog! Tickets are on sale now!
