SIXTH ANNUAL
Dia de los DEFTONES
Returns to Petco Park
July 22nd, 2025 by Jimmy Alvarez
With Warped Tour about to go down, another landmark event returns to SoCal. The sixth annual Dia de los Deftones Festival returns to Petco Park in San Diego on Saturday, November 1, 2025.
As with all great events, Chino Moreno leads Deftones to new heights with their upcoming 10th studio album, “Private Music” which is due out August 22nd through Reprise and Warner Records. “My Mind is a Mountain” is already getting critical acclaim.
If you’re a traditionalist, songs like “Be Quiet and Drive,” “My Own Summer,” “Bored,” “Diamond Eyes,” and “Change (In the House of Flies)” will still float your boat.
Coming from Sacramento in 1988, Deftones has retained their core lineup that packs a punch.

Chino remains the voice of the beehive behind the mic, Stephen Carpenter shreds on guitar, Frank Delgado is on keys and turntables, with Fred Sablan on bass, Lance Jackman on lead guitar, Shaun Lopez on rhythm guitar and Abe Cunningham bangs the drum.
Their collective energy and sound personify electricity.

As in years past, Deftones have handpicked its diverse lineup once again, featuring Clipse, 2Hollis, Rico Nasty, Deafheaven, Régulo Caro, Ecca Vandal, Glare, and University.
If history teaches us anything, this is an event you will want to mark your calendars and get out and get your tickets because this one will sell out.
General tickets go on sale this Friday, at 10 a.m. (local time).
