WHEN WE WERE YOUNG PART II

When We Were Young

2nd Show Added

January 21, 2022 by Kevin Gomez
Without question, the biggest music announcement of 2022 has been the When We Were Young Festival 2022.
The festival, which got its start at the Observatory in Santa Ana, is set to take over the Las Vegas Festival Grounds Saturday, October 22nd.  The event will be headlined by two bands who have not performed together in several years – My Chemical Romance, who broke up in 2013, and Paramore, who have not played together since 2018.  Joining them will be a slew of pop punk and emo bands from the early 2000s, including, AFI, Taking Back Sunday, The Used, Bring me the Horizon, Alkaline Trio, and A Day to Remember (a total of 65 acts).
Tickets went on presale this morning, and as you can imagine, within minutes it was already sold out, and shortly thereafter, started popping up on resale sites.

Due to overwhelming demand, a second day has been added for Sunday, October 23rd.  Tickets are on sale now, and you will be asked to join a waitlist in order to purchase tickets.

WHEN WE WERE YOUNG DAY 2

Las Vegas Festival Grounds

The promoters have assured that the lineup will be all of the same bands performing for a second day, so there is no need to worry about which bands will be playing which day, which was the initial concerns.
