North American Tour
With Marcy Playground
July 17, 2024 by Holly Jones
With concert season well underway, some of our favorite bands are going on the road. With that in mind, great news about the man, the myth, the legend that is Art Alexakis and Everclear. This incredible band is going to hit the road with Marcy Playground starting July 25th.
The tour will stop in 30 cities starting off in San Francisco and will hit all the normal spots and a few places in between. You’re in luck if you happen to live near a venue in Sacramento, Denver, Knoxville, Richmond, Virginia Beach, Minneapolis, Birmingham, Green Bay, Boston and of course, Los Angeles. Since it’s a North American tour, there are dates in Oh Canada as well.

Everclear has been dazzling us with their sonic vision, booming riffs and clever lyrics.
The band is solid with Alexakis behind the mic and on guitar, Dave French on guitar, Freddy Herrera on bass, and on drums, Brian Nolan.
These cats put out a great show delivering on their catalog of era and life-defining music with, “Santa Monica,” “I Will Buy You A New Life,” “Father of Mine,” “Wonderful,” “Everything to Everyone,” “AM Radio,” and “Heroin Girl.” These songs get soulful screams of joy and wonder from their fans no matter where on the planet the band plays.

About the tour, Alexakis said, “We’re super excited to be hitting the road with both Marcy Playground and Jimmie’s Chicken Shack. This will be a great time to celebrate our album Songs from an American Movie Vol. One, which was created 25 years ago. A lot of these songs we haven’t played in a while or, in some cases, we’ve never played live before. We’ll of course be playing the hits and fan favorites too.”
The tour will hit Southern California on September 19th at the Regent in Los Angeles.
No matter where you see Everclear, you get the same high energy fun fest! Get your tickets and get out and see this tour.
