The Return of LOVELINE
on
The World Famous KROQ

It’s been a minute since we heard Loveline on the airways at the World Famous KROQ. Long gone are the voices of Scott Mason, Swedish Egil, Poorman, Riki Rachtman, Psycho Mike, Adam Carolla, Stryker, and of course, Dr. Drew Pinsky.
During its peak, the show was everywhere, and its hosts became mega starts. First airing only on Sunday nights; the show eventually turned into a weekly show that was heard from coast-to-coast and around the world. Loveline doubled its audience once it aired on MTV with Pinsky and Carolla.
There was an extra electric vibe in the air at this weekend’s Almost Acoustic Christmas show as the duo looked very-very happy and amped in the Press area.
In the here and now, Loveline is back! In an Instagram, post on the World Famous KROQ, it read, “The rumors are true… LOVELINE returns to our airwaves tonight at 10pm with new hosts @kevankenney and sex/relationship expert Dr. Tara @luvbites.co!

With the resurgence of KROQ in the radio wars, Senior Vice President of Programming, Kevin Weatherly certainly knows how to get us talking about the things that made this station World Famous.
So far, the results speak for themselves in 2024. A solid morning show, strong weekday DJ’s, there’s the music of course, and now … the return of LOVELINE!
As for this launch, it is off to a very good start. Let’s see how quickly it takes for this version of Loveline to blow up again!
