To Take Over Yaamava’
January 7, 2025 by Traci Turner
There are certain bands that are a requirement for music fans and I feel confident stating Journey is one of them. Luckily for SoCal, the music titans will be rocking Yaamava’ on March 16th and you can check these legends off your must see list.

Whether it’s “Who’s Crying Now,” “Faithfully,” “Send Her My Love,” “Don’t Stop Believin,’” “Separate Ways,” “Open Arms,” “Any Way You Want It,” “Wheel in the Sky,” “Lights” “Stone in Love,” or any of their many other classics, Journey is sure to satisfy.
After forming in San Francisco in 1973, these Rock and Roll Hall of Famers have continued to entertain audiences across the globe.
Neal Schon is still handling lead guitar and backing vocals, with Jonathan Cain on keys and piano for just as many decades, Deen Castronovo pounding the drums, Jason Derlatka also on keys and jumping in on vocals, and Todd Jensen manning the bass, Journey has been fronted by the incredible Arnel Pineda for nearly 20 years.
Pineda has proven to be an electrifying front-man who wins over audiences every single performance.
As of right now, they only have THREE 2025 dates on the calendar, so do not sleep on this one.
Catch the legendary Journey at Yaamava’ and prepare for a night of iconic tunes from larger-than-life icons inside one of the best local venues.
