SET TO LIGHT UP LONG BEACH
February 21, 2025 by Amber Crouch
It’s time for the event of the summer, Cali Vibes! The festival will grace the city of Long Beach once again. This year the event is switching things up from three days to two days and moving the festival back a bit from the usual February to June 7th and 8th. Despite the small changed, it remains the premier reggae event of the summer. Cali Vibes has not changed its location, the party is still set to go at Marina Green Park, in the heart of Long Beach.
The festival has provided a great source of roots reggae, dancehall, surf rock, and even hip hop to its festival goers over the last few years.

Past lineups including such acts as The Marley Family, Sublime with Rome, Gwen Stefani and even Ice Cube and Snoop Dogg.
This year while short a day, the festival won’t fall short in entertainment with all the acts, activities and amazing food to eat.

Cali Vibes does a great job to curate all the finest in music and entertainment is delivered year after year.
From gathering the best food vendors in town to the coolest brands and even going as far as having the speaker stacked Boomyard Stage for your daily dose of dancing, roots reggae and an endless good time.

This year is set to be another great one with bands such as Stick Figure, Rebelution, Dirty Heads and CV New Comer Kid Cudi headlining the two evenings.
Can’t forget the legends from down south Slightly Stoopid to bring some friends along on stage to amp the evening up while Cypress Hill doing “Black Sunday” in its entirety.
Also on the line up for a super special performance will be Rome Ramirez for his very first hometown show since going solo.
The festival will feature vets such as Iration, Pepper, The Elovators, Little Stranger and Hirie will be back to get everyone going while Ludacris, YG Marley and Aurorawave grace the fans with the presence, giving them something new to look forward to being it’s their first time at Cali Vibes.
Festival veterans and newcomers are fan favorites. They include Santigold, J Boog, Steel Pulse, Collie Buddz, DENM, Shwayze and Tunnel Vision who never go without getting the crowd amped up.
This year’s Cali Vibes, although changing things up a but it is still set to be another addition to the awesomeness that is Cali Vibes. Fans from all over are already excited to see their favorite bands in good ol’ Long Beach with some of their best friends from all over. If a good weekend with even better music is in your future, we highly recommend spending your time at Cali Vibes.
